If you are nervous use it in your dance and your journey.

I thought how could i feel an emotion like that and not start to judge myself? But using it doesn’t mean giving into it.. just accepting it and letting it be apart of who you are when you feel it. seems almost too simple. But it helps me let go of the feeling when i’m dancing.
